Looking for May 2009 graduates!

Our Management Training Program is a challenging rotational program providing exposure to all areas of the Annuity Service organization. This program provides high-potential college graduates with the education and skills needed to launch an accelerated career into management.

 

Components of the Program:

*    Rotational assignments through the four areas of Annuity Service – Call Center, Client Acquisition Services, Contract Management, and Service Development

*    Intensive leadership, management, and coaching skills development

*    Classroom and on-the-job training

*    Challenging project assignments

 

Program Benefits:

Leadership Development – A member of our management team will act as your Leadership Mentor and provide personal leadership and coaching guidance throughout the program.

Rotational assignments are located in our Fort Washington, PA and Shelton, CT offices.

 

Requirements:

·         A four-year degree from an accredited university

·         Business major preferred, but all majors considered

·         Minimum GPA of  3.3

·         Honors and affiliations that demonstrate a commitment to excellence (i.e. Dean’s List, Honors Society) desired

·          Strong commitment to a career in Customer Service

·         Annuity/financial services industry knowledge is a plus

·         Prior customer service experience a plus

·         Demonstrated leadership abilities

·         High initiative

·         Strong team player with ability to motivate others

·         Must be able to learn & retain a large amount of technical information in a relatively short period of time

·         Analytical approach to problem solving

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

·         Exceptional oral and written communication skills

·          Ability to excel in a team environment, as well as work well independently

·          Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast paced environment

·         Rotation locations may vary and candidate must be geographically mobile
